Accept ghee mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough.
Take little kneaded atta and make it more smooth with palm make round ball tape it with palm on patta and cook on slow flame on tava made of clay. Apply ghee on cooked rotla priking with spoon so that's ghee inserts very well.
Serve hot Healthy Rotla with jaggery mixed with ghee and dry garlic Chutney.
